The initial activity of the project was a short training on the concept of Trade Off, aimed at providing business trainers with an in-depth understanding of this principle and its connection with the acquisition of digital skills. The training took place for 3H, as an initial part of the first transnational project meeting "initial meeting". Aimed at the staff of the partner organisations, who then shared the knowledge gained with their colleagues, creating a solid basis to guide the project work both in the involvement of the participants and in the development of their own organisations.
Goals:
