The Metiva Academy Study Center deals with the promotion and development of entrepreneurship education and digitization through the study and research of methodologies and tools for formal and non-formal training of adults and young people looking for work. The mission of the Metiva Academy Study Center is to participate in the development of individuals and companies to help them achieve their goals, through paths of: - needs analysis; - construction of the personalized growth plan; - transfer of skills and vocational knowledge; - knowledge of the self; - search for new strategies to manage crises and moments of change. The activities it offers to people, public or private bodies and companies are: - Studies for Research and Innovation; - Definition and/or creation of methodologies for learning and involving students; - Training courses for the development of the profession; - Training of trainers. METIVA is an acronym and means Creative Method. It is also a method to help people and companies achieve the desired results. Our focus is to train company staff to know how to design. We are convinced that entrepreneurial development always starts with a project. And the first project is always an E+.
PARTNER
MOBA has taken part in training initiatives for both public and private organizations. Most of these activities are addressed to adults from disadvantaged economic, social, and geographic backgrounds. The organization has experience in completing high-level, specialized professional training in fields like agriculture, administration, computer technology, and cookery. It focuses on training to improve the skills of organizations’ entrepreneurial and training professionals. The aim is to develop an environment that enables the professional development of employed and unemployed people, encouraging entrepreneurship. All in all, the activity of the organization can be divided into different areas: • Training: a great number of courses provided by MOBA is aimed at unemployed people and employees and entrepreneurs. The courses are funded by public entities under the name of professionalization/vocational certificates, mostly in business and IT. • Technology: software applications, online resources, and e-learning solutions. • Project management: national and European projects, mainly Erasmus+ (KA1 & KA2) and Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs.
PARTNER
Topcoach is an SME in the field of VET and adult education. It focuses on training courses, workshops and keynotes for individuals (B2C segment) and companies (B2B segment). He has rich experiences in designing training courses and workshops, to educate adults and youth, as well as carry them out. Topcoach has created its own product - Academy for future leaders - NewLeaders Academy and a key concept introducing soft skills topics - leTalks. Topcoach has partnered with a university to run a leadership project for MBA students and the latest partnership also includes a partnership with the Tomas Bata Foundation of the Republic Czech Republic to present Bata philosophy and seminars to the Slovak public. Topcoach also has experience in Erasmus+ projects and is an expert in training for the development of corporate digital citizenship skills and soft skills for trainers.
