The TRADE-OFF project represented a unique opportunity to explore and define innovative concepts of corporate trainers' curricula, in order to promote non-formal training within organisations. 

During the project period, a research team conducted in-depth studies and research to collect useful materials and resources to support trainers in preparing effective training programs in the company.
