Our Project
Trade-Off is a small-scale project on an E+ program. It is a project that aims to improve the digital skills of company trainers left behind due to the consequences of the covid-19.
Transferring technical and liquid skills to trainers that strengthen their own profiles (and later those of employees) through:- Updating the curricula of trainers to increase their employability - Strengthening and promoting experiential learning and the use of virtual methodologies; - Improving their forecasting and employability skills; - Define the behaviors to have for the digital transition in the company.
The project includes 3 priority activities: 1. Construction of Curricula of trainers that understand the V-Methodologies and V-Settings related to NFT for the company; 2. A training course on digital citizenship education in the company; 3. A training course in resilience to change with the use of Mental Dynamics applied in the company.
