TRADE-OFF_BRIEF CONCEPT PRESENTATION

The initial activity of the project was a short training on the concept of Trade Off, aimed at providing business trainers with an in-depth understanding of this principle and its connection with the acquisition of digital skills. The training took place for 3H, as an initial part of the first transnational project meeting "initial meeting". Aimed at the staff of the partner organisations, who then shared the knowledge gained with their colleagues, creating a solid basis to guide the project work both in the involvement of the participants and in the development of their own organisations.

Goals:

Provide an in-depth understanding of the Trade Off concept and its relevance in the acquisition of digital skills.Illustrate how the Trade Off principle is also valid for the training of company trainers with low digital skills.Promote an informed and knowledgeable perspective in company trainers to guide project work.

Training contents:

Introduction to the concept of Trade Off: Definition and explanation of the concept of Trade Off as a decision-making process which involves the choice to sacrifice some elements to obtain advantages over others.

Examples of Trade Offs common in daily life and in the business environment.
